Kiey is a chat application that connects real estate agents with their clients giving them access to directly chat with all of their trusted local vendors for any home maintenance issue that arises. There is a real struggle in finding a trusted vendor when urgent home repairs are needed. If your air conditioning goes out on a hot Summer day, do you have someone to call? Most people scramble searching online, calling friends, searching forums. Kiey eliminates all panic by allowing simple and streamlined chat communication with the local vendor that your agent recommends. Kiey knows the benefit in having a trusted referral from a local expert, and no one is more of a local home expert than your real estate agent. Real Estate agents are constantly helping assist home buyers and sellers with home maintenance whether its fixing up, staging and/or repairing their properties, before, during and after the sale. Kiey allows Real Estate Agents to invite their local, credible vendors to the application streamlining the communication for their clients in times of need. Additionally, Kiey also allows real estate agents to be proactive in trying to connect vendors with their clients in hopes of providing value and benefit well after the sale has occurred.
